We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service menu at any time without prior notice.
2. Upfront Estimates and Billing
All appointments are subject to our standard service guidelines:
- Upfront Quotes: Technicians provide transparent estimates on-site before work begins. Clients must authorize services in writing or via digital approval prior to execution.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the plumbing services unless billing terms are explicitly arranged beforehand. Online payments are securely accepted through our convenient client portal.
- Coupons and Discounts: Promotional offers must be mentioned to our office or technicians prior to the initial appointment. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers and apply to residential services only.
3. Client Responsibilities
Property owners or authorized representatives must ensure our technicians have safe, unobstructed access to the utility areas, plumbing infrastructure, or lift stations requiring repair. Clients must provide accurate contact and address data when submitting scheduling forms.
4. Limitation of Liability
Roto-Rooter performs all installations, upgrades, and plumbing maintenance using professional standards and experienced technicians. To the maximum extent permitted by Mississippi law, Roto-Rooter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing structural issues, improper third-party installations discovered during repair, or acts of God.
5. Governing Law
These terms, along with all operational service agreements, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any legal actions or disputes arising from our plumbing services must be filed in the appropriate court system closest to our primary Hattiesburg office location.
